Drawing inspiration from the enchanting café scenes of Berlin and Vienna, Nevozhai aims to create a warm, welcoming space that embodies the rich hospitality she cherished in her hometown of Kyiv.

Nevozhai's menu at Franko & Co is a testament to her Ukrainian roots, featuring traditional pastries infused with a contemporary flair. The star of the show? Fresh croissants, made in-house and delicately filled with luxurious pastry cream, chocolate, or seasonal fruits like sour cherry—a beloved ingredient in Ukrainian cuisine. As Nevozhai transitions from a tech recruiter to a café owner, her dedication to community shines through. After spending a year researching Sausalito’s coffee culture and connecting with locals, she introduced authentic Ukrainian flavors to the residents as a vendor at the Sunday Sausalito Farmers Market last summer. The solid community reception solidified her vision of establishing a permanent coffee spot.
